Share what you know

This project runs on what other people know. Tell me what you saw, who I should talk to, or what I am getting wrong. Everything here is private. Nothing is published automatically, and nothing is published without asking you first.

This is what actually helps

Information is the whole point. Most of what would move this forward is already sitting with people who have never been asked.

  • What you have seen yourself, in your own words, however small it seems.
  • What you know from working in this field, or from having lived it.
  • What you were told, clearly labelled as something you were told.
  • The name of an organisation, a social worker, a lawyer, a researcher, or a journalist who knows more than either of us.
  • A report, a study, a documentary, a news article, or a government resource I should read.
  • A correction. If something on this site or in a video is wrong, tell me and I will fix it on the record.
  • General context about a place, a system, a law, or a process, with no child involved at all.

This is what never helps

None of this is worth a child’s safety, or yours.

  • Do not follow anyone, and do not pressure, provoke, or confront anyone.
  • Do not film or photograph a child, and do not send images of children.
  • Speaking with someone respectfully is fine. Pressing them for answers, or recording them without their clear permission, is not.
  • Do not send a child’s name, face, school, or exact address. I do not need it, and holding it puts that child at risk.
  • Do not conduct your own investigation, surveillance, or sting.
  • Do not send something you obtained by any of the above. It will be deleted rather than used.

What I can and cannot promise

  • Nothing you send here will appear publicly unless you give explicit, separate permission, and even then only if it is safe to publish.
  • Sending something here does not mean it will be used, investigated, or published. I may not be able to reply.
  • I am one person. I cannot promise a fast response, and I cannot promise a response at all.
  • I cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality. I will protect what you send as carefully as I am able, but no system is perfect and legal processes exist that I cannot override.
  • If a child may be in danger, this form is not the place. Use 1098 or 112 first.
What would you like to share?
Have you worked with them, been helped by them, read about them, or heard of them second-hand?
Do you have a personal or financial relationship with them? This is not a problem. It just needs to be on the record. A recommendation is not an endorsement, and I will say so wherever they appear.
Take as much space as you need. Please leave out names, faces, and exact addresses of any child.
A pseudonym is completely fine. You can also leave this blank.
An email address, a Signal number, or anything you prefer. Leave blank to stay anonymous. If you leave it blank, keep your reference number, because it is the only way to reach me about this submission again.
If I follow up, I will try to do so in your language. I may need a translator, which takes longer.
Would you like me to follow up?
